I'm passionate in the field of education which I believe we can make the world a better place with. Currently, my study focuses on digital citizenship education. I also have experiences in the SaaS industry especially in the service sector of B2B2C Startups. So there's a little bit of everything in my profile!

Influence for Good is a non-profit focused on public opinion and digital advocacy. Our mission is to reshape public perceptions of "online influence," particularly on social media platforms. I lead research initiatives to inform our campaigns and policy recommendations.
Feb 2022 - Jun 2025｜Forma - Senior Operations Specialist
RFP Writer: Drafted and submitted RFPs for over 200 prospective clients and brokers, contributing to $30M USD in ARR pipeline.
Internal Enablement - Built and maintained an internal knowledge base with 200+ articles and designed a training system for Customer Support and Operations teams.
Research - Conducted industry research on global employee benefits landscape to support product development and go-to-market strategy.

Hualien County Department of Education’s Online reading literacy learning program (NTD $30M), implemented across 125 primary and secondary schools.
National Taiwan Science Education Center’s Procurement Online learning system developing program (NTD $600K).
Served as Account Manager for the “PaGamO 素養品學堂” project, supporting 12 partner schools, 200+ teachers, and 3,000+ students.
Led over 80 teacher training workshops and seminars on online learning and reading literacy.

Other Works
In my free time I do some side hustles. These were mainly conducted during my free-lance period back in 2021.
In 2021, I designed a "Digital Teaching Guide for Teachers". It served as an open source for school teachers to enable themselves utilizing digital tools in their teaching during the pandemic period.
I hosted a podcast "Inside Education and Society"where I exchanged experiences and knowledge about education and culture with friends around the world.
In 2019, I initiated and orgainzed the "Overseas youths returning to home vote campaign" to encourage young Taiwaneses who lived overseas to participate in the 2020 election. Over 15 countries and 2,000 people joined the campaign.
